With 10+ years of residential construction experience in the central Illinois area, we are excited to work with the residents of Champaign/Urbana!

Hailing from the Mattoon and Effingham areas, owners Lily and Luke Owen moved to Urbana in 2019 where Lily attended the University of Illinois. From there, she went on to graduate with a Bachelor's of Science in Crop Science from the U of I in 2021.

Luke was raised working for his father's company, Bart Own Construction, in the Mattoon area. Since moving to Urbana, he has worked as an Operations Manager for a local roofing and siding company. With two years of operations management experience under his belt along with his previous construction knowledge, Luke made the decision to set out on his own in hopes to provide quality service to Champaign/Urbana and the surrounding area for years to come!
